We invite you to join our efforts to outlaw discrimination of transgender, transsexual, and gender variant New Yorkers. GENDA would ensure that people who regularly present in a gender different from the sex assigned to them at birth receive fair treatment housing, employment, as well as other public accommodations.

Join the growing list of supporters for GENDA by endorsing the following statement: I/We believe that discrimination on the basis of gender identity or expression is wrong and urge the New York State Legislature to pass the Gender Expression Non-Discrimination Act.
